Following the receipt of your email order confirmation, all orders are processed. An additional notification will be sent to you upon shipment of your product.
Shipments can be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large volume of orders. Please give the delivery a few extra days for transportation. Should there be a noteworthy postponement in the delivery of Your Order, We will get in touch with You by phone or email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your patience.
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹ 1099 within (Cities)

Once a shipment reaches your destination country, import charges and taxes (including VAT) may apply to your order. If these fees are incurred, you, the client, are liable for them and Dobra is not liable for them.
We will send you an email to let you know when your order ships, along with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please give the tracking information 48 hours to become accessible.
Please write to us at care@oxbowbrands.com with your name and order number if, after three days of getting your shipping confirmation email, you have not received your order. We will investigate the matter for you.
