Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations

  1. Time Frame: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we aim to process and prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible.

  3. Refund Process: Upon cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Returns

  1. Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, cotton candy, and chips, we are unable to accept returns. We ensure all products are of high quality and securely packaged before dispatch.
  2. Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
  3. Replacement: In the case of damaged goods, we will send a replacement order as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
  4. Refund for Damaged Products: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit for your next purchase.  

Exceptions

  1. Wrong Order: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you without additional charges.
